Joined as the first engineer, driving architectural decisions and technical direction from the ground up. Took full ownership of real-time data streaming pipelines, enabling live AI updates. Led the refactoring of legacy systems, improving type safety, maintainability, and developer velocity. Delivered MVP within 1 month, collaborating closely with founders to validate product-market fit. Voluntarily built an internal analytics dashboard in under a week, integrating various data sources to provide engineering and marketing teams a unified 360° view of product metrics. Added AI-powered natural language querying to the dashboard, enabling any team member to fetch analytics, build custom widgets, and explore product data without writing queries.
